The knowledge test for a learner’s permit in Mississippi consists of 30 multiple-choice questions, based on information contained in 2024 Mississippi Driver’s Manual. You’ll need to score an 80% or better to pass the test, by correctly answering at least 24 of the questions. At the DPS office, you’ll take your written exam on a computer, testing will end at 4 pm each day so may sure to plan time accordingly. If you’re unable to pass the exam on your first try, you may test again on the next day up to 3 times, after that, you’ll be required to wait 30 days. This DPS practice test will focus on a portion of the questions centered on road signs and driving situations, to help you study and pass with ease. These questions are particularly important because the images included will show you signs and illustrated situations that you may encounter not only on your written test, but also on your driving test, so mastering them will help you prepare for all future DPS tests.
